Genome Office is the beginning of a web based framework that aims to provide
better overview of large molecular biology data volumes. It is a freely available
(GNU license) prototype, currently sponsored by the
Kjems Laboratory at the
Molecular Biology Department,
Aarhus University,
Denmark.

Projects
Datasets and methods can be bundled into "projects". Below are listed all
projects and those installed are highlighted and clickable.
|
| RNAport | RNA/miRNA workbench (in development) |
| miRConnect | MicroRNA / mRNA cancer cell-line co-expression |
| RRNA | Ribosomal RNA alignments |
| CommuniCo | Prototype |
| UTHSCSA | RNP Databases at Univ. Texas San Antonio |
| GOFFICE | Genome Office (in development) |

Documentation (movies not done yet)
Below are short movies that describe different sides of the system. In
addition, on the viewer pages there are tooltips on every button and help
summaries in separate windows. There are also README files in many
directories and comments in the code. But there is no manual.
|
| Array Viewer | Usage, with alignment example |
| Hiearchy Viewer | Usage, organism taxonomy example |
| Analyses | Shows upload, launch and analysis results |
| Installation | The installation process |
| Code and files | Organisation of directories, files and code |
